Very happy and would recommend
Very well made, heavy and longer than I was expecting. Bought it to have as an accessory for my Hi-Lift jack for my Jeep. I think it is likely one of those things that you won't know how handy it is until you need it. Very happy and would recommend.

This is a must have for maximum HiLift Jack performance.
Wow. This device is incredibly versatile. Allows my HiLift Jack do so much more. Much stronger than I expected. I would say, indestructible for several life times.

Still in perfect working order
I have my dads old Handy Man lift with a wooden handle. Still in perfect working order. But when I was installing continuous fence i broke the old cast accessory. Found this on line. It arrived almost a week early. The construction is Bullet Proof, that includes the Finish as well. I was so impressed i bought 2 additional units and sent them to Alaska for Christmas Presents. If you own either a Hi-Lift or an Handy man you need this. They also offer additional accessories that will fit your jack. Get one now to be the King of the Neighborhood.

Comes with a better quick-release pin than shown, fits Maasdam
Wanted share a few more niceties I've noticed: First, there's been many questions and answers here about it fitting various brands of hi-lift jacks. I just purchased a 48" Maasdam and the box it came in showed it was manufactured in late 2015. The JackMate fit it just fine. Very little play. If that helps anyone. Second, there's comments here about the quick-release pin possibly falling out because there's nothing to hold it in. Mine came with a pin that had a bubble spring (whatever you call that thing). You can see it in the picture. So it won't fall out as some have worried about. Lastly, you can see how the color matches the Maasdam very nicely. And that this thing is much more beefier then their picture shows it.

Why doesn't Hi-lift include this!!!
Why this type of gadget isn't included standard on a Hi-Lift is beyond me! The included jack head is absolutely embarrassing for the quality of the Hi Lift. This makes it the perfect tool especially for doing a recovery. I got my F250 stuck in a sink holes in my back yard. A set of recovery straps and some solid shackles and this baby on top if my hi lift cinched to a study tree and I had my truck pulled out in a few minutes!

Great tool - heavier duty than it looks in the pics. My one wish for this product would be some type of canvas/burlap bag to keep it in. The retainer pin is on a cable, but I can see that getting lost so I plan to carry a spare just in case. With a short length of chain or rope this is a great fence-post/bush puller. They don't have a pic of that posted but it works great. I'll try to take one next time I have one to do.

If you have a Hi-lift jack, you need this thing!
This thing is a beast! It is very solid, appears extremely well made, and looks like it can handle just about anything. Every single feature seems very well thought out. It’s so cool, I’ve been looking for things to do with it. It’s one of those things that probably makes your Hi-Lift twice as useful, but that you didn’t know you needed, until you got one.

Solid build quality! It does things that the standard base can't do. Likewise, having a wide base can be better than using this; however, it is easier to add a wide base on soft ground than try to make the slippery stock base stick on the ice. It is kind of spendy IMO, but the quality is so high that I have a hard time not justifying the price. Having a hitch pin on a lanyard instead of a nut and bolt is a huge advantage.
