If I could, I would give this 6 stars!!!! It is absolutely amazing!!!! I love it because it matches the rest of my house and decor perfectly, unlike the others that are all in blues and greens and reds. Not to mention that unlike the other playmats, it covers a large space.e. But the REALY perk is my 8 month old (who hates all the blankets and cushion playmats) loves it! Before he would crawl off the playmats, but he loves this one!!! My mother was present when it arrived and we set it up, and even she was impressed! It's easy to clean, and it comes with borders so that pet hair doesn't get trapped in the spaced between. I would recommend this to EVERYONE. Love it!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect for Doggies

My husband and I bought these mats after we adopted our three-legged puppy. She was having a hard time getting around on the slick wooden floors in our house and we thought these would be a great alternative to buying a bunch of rugs. She runs and plays on them regularly when she's inside and they seem to be pretty durable. They don't slide around too much and the pieces stay in place. She naps on them for extended periods of time and the padding seems to do a fair job against making her stiff from sleeping on the hard floor (though she prefers her doggie bed). Would recommend!

Love love love

This is one of my favorite purchases for my son and at the price I was a little worried it would be cheap but so pleasantly I was wrong! From birth-rolling over this was just cute gentle backing for his head. Now with sitting up, crawling, trying to walk...it's been such security from my wood floors! Not to mention he pulls a corner off and is entertained for AGES. He does chew the foam but even with 8 teeth he hasn't truly damaged any of it. It's a fun puzzle and protective barrier! I love it. Easy to wipe down too. Overall a must have for a baby!

Perfect Solution For Baby on Hardwood Floor

My son who is now in kindergarten had very thick, very expensive play mats that we purchased from a big box retailer when he was a baby. We ended up getting rid of them because we didnt think we would have more kids. Well, we did. Recently, my little one started "steamrolling" her way off the large area rug we have on our hardwood floors. I needed to extend her padded surface to at least give me time to run over and get her before she slammed her head on the floor. I bought 2 packs. I opened them up and let them air out in the backyard before assembling them in the house. The smell wasn't too bad though. I didn't expect awesome, super thick pads. I expected that I was ordering something that would help soften the blow if she did knock her head from sitting and tipping over or crawling. They're cute, and easy to wipe baby barf off of. I think someone mentioned they arent easy to clean? I surface wash with a diaper wipe when she spits up and wash them in the tub when they need a good cleaning....which isnt that often. We lined the rug with 8 squares long and 4 wide (again we ordered 2) This give my baby lots of space with the rug for rolling and scooting. My almost 6 year old loved setting it up and mix and matching different colors and patterns. I was worried originally about these "horrible toxic deadly" mats, and all the crazy things you can read online. I know Skip Hop makes a less toxic mat, but people complained about paint peeling off of those. Apparently, these mats are (possibly) toxic if you let your kid eat them. I tend to watch my kids, so they don't really have the opportunity to snack on inanimate objects. That's not a concern of mine. All around, for the price, these are cute and get the job done.

I love these! I ordered 4 packs for my dog's room, and it gave it such a cute unique look. It's very comfortable! I find myself preferring to stand in there when I'm doing things, lol. The only thing I don't like is the paw prints can come apart. I wish each square were just a solid piece, but these have separate pieces to the paw... Makes it harder to clean that way. Other than that, I highly recommend!

My square border colors were a little off. Not exactly what is seen in the photo advertised. However I didn’t let that bother me. Not really noticeable. I really like this product. Easy to clean and great for my Yorkie. Not sure how durable this product is. My Yorkie hasn’t figured out how to chew this up yet. So far so good. Great for a doggie corner.

Best dog product I've bought in years!

We just moved into a home w/hardwood floors & both of my dogs are getting up there in age, one of which has diabetes & is losing strength in his back legs, so standing on a slippery hardwood floor to eat is not very easy these days. This Playmat is the perfect solution!! Not only does it give my Labs a solid, comfortable surface to stand on, but it also helps protect the floors from having the bowls pushed around (they're actually elevated on baskets, and the baskets sit up against a wall now, so they don't move around either). The mat, when completely assembled, comfortably holds both of my Labradors; my female is 66lbs and my male is 88lbs. And it seems they have found the mat to be so comfortable that they even lay on it from time to time. It's easy to clean (the hair vacuums right up) and I thought I'd have to glue all the pieces in, but I haven't had any problem with the "paw prints" popping out. The colors are also great and compliment my blue/brown color scheme throughout the living room. I would not hesitate to purchase a 2nd set, and I would happily recommend it to anyone with dogs!

Great for my 10-month-old!

I love this product. We have hardwood floors and a 10-month-old, so we needed something that he could play on and we wouldn't have to worry about him falling back and hitting his head on something hard. The mat is a good size and I love that you can adjust the size by just removing or adding squares. We did not receive the color design that is pictured, but I wasn't too worried about that, as long as he has a safe place to play, I'm happy.

Great quality for the price you can’t beat it

These are so nice for the price. The foam is a decent thickness. It’s soft and when heavy things are left on it they leave indents but they do come out on their own after a few hours to a day. We keep baby’s toys on them and so far she has not caught another cold since using these mats. They are easy to wipe clean and keep her toys cleaner for longer by not being on the carpet. Baby does like to pull them up and chew on the pieces but none of them are small enough for her to choke on and they have not torn or had chunks come off yet. Baby does not have teeth yet though and we are trying to stop her from doing this but it’s a game to her. Overall these mats are excellent and for the price you really can’t beat it. We bought 2 sets to make an extra big play area.
