Đổ bột vào khuôn nướng. Cẩn thận dùng phới miết thẳng trên bề mặt bột. Nướng bánh trong 90 phút hoặc cho đến khi bề mặt bánh có màu vàng nâu. Để bánh nguội khoảng 30 phút trên giá, sau đó nhẹ nhàng lật khuôn để lấy bánh ra. Cắt bánh thành 24 miếng hình vuông hoặc kích thước to hơn tùy thích của bạn.
