great product and tastes wonderful.... You do have to let these peas soak an extra long time. I found 2 days is best

Very good split peas and good quality. Cook up nicely and consistently. I usually serve as a soup with a generous slice of ham at the bottom.

Good split pea. Wanted organic because of peas being treated with round up herbicide when harvested if non organic. Will buy again.
